Psoriasis can be provoked by external and internal triggers.
You should be aware of some of the most common triggers such as alcohol, skin damages (such as cuts, scraps and sunburns); infections, certain medications, cold weather or stress. Despite knowing which are the common psoriasis triggers, everyone is different, so flare triggers can be very unique. Learn to identify your own triggers, so that you can make changes to reduce or even prevent flares.
